Castel Froma Neuro Care exists to help people who have an acquired brain injury or neurological condition to live a fuller life.

Two specialist care centres, Lillington House and Helen Ley providing rehabilitation, respite and 24 hour nursing care for those with neurological conditions and brain injury.
They aim:
- To provide the highest level of nursing care for individuals with severe brain injury and a resulting range of complex needs
- To bring together experts from every therapeutic field to help residents live as full a life as possible
- To integrate family, friends and the local community into the lives of residents, and provide a supportive environment for their carers
- To excel in palliative and end of life care to help their residents live their last days as they would wish, free from pain and with as much dignity as possible
- To extend their care outside of the walls of our centre, into the local community and onto a national level
In 2020-21, we donated £500 to Castel Froma. This represented around 4% of our total giving for the year.
